Hello Colleagues,
We have a user experimenting with some microimaging on our Varian
Inova system here using the stock gradients and 5 mm inverse H{CN}
probe. Very neat. These are uncharted waters for our lab so there
are lots of questions, but for starters a general question and one
more specific question.
- Does anybody know if there is an AMMRL-like resource out there in
the imaging world? A mailing list, a web resource, blog, discussion
forum, newsletter...
- What software packages/tools are out there that can work with
Varian Inova data sets? From what we can figure VNMR/VNMRJ is good
at working with 2D slices from 3D data sets, but he would like to
visualize and manipulate the data in 3D.
