AMMRL: Normal time for proton acquisition?

I was asked to post this question.

We have a Bruker Avance 400 Mhz Liquid State NMR. I have a researcher
who is having some trouble. He says that it takes 30 minutes for the
NMR to auto-tune and acquire a proton spectrum. Is there a standard
time frame? Is there something he is doing wrong? He is using 10
micrograms in a organic solvent. He think that it should only take 15
minutes.

Thanks,

Greg Marcom
