Hi All,
I have an industry 'customer' that is doing 19F NMR on our instrument.
His compound has aromatic F in the -110 to -170 ppm region (yeah, it's
wild...). He is trying to use an established 19F protocol to determine
the purity of his compound, but also wanted to find out of a suitable
19F internal standard for accurate integrations, etc., etc. Ideally, it
should be solid, soluble in CH2Cl2, and have a signal (or simple
multiplet) slightly above -110 or slightly below -170. I know it's a
lot of requirements...
ANy ideas/suggestions?
All the best, and thanks in advance,
Guillermo
