AMMRL Members: Beware

Dear all AMMRL members:

It seems that the evildoers on the internet have now included AMMRL in the
quest to steal identities and plant Trojan Horses. Like all of the banks,
PayPal, Ebay, and other public websites, they are trying to get you to go to
websites with nothing but bad things awaiting.

One of our Steering Committee members received a message that said the
following:

"Please update the AMMRL.ORG listing by Tuesday, July 19. There is no
charge."

I'm sure that almost all of us are too smart to be taken by this scam, but
be assured that I would never send a message like this. Besides, AMMRL is
not sophisticated enough to have you "updating" your information in this
way.

Please don't risk your security by following any of the links in these
emails.

Sincerely,

-Rich Shoemaker
