Schematic for Varian 5mm C-H Switchable

Dear AMMRL,

Does anyone have the schematic for the above probe, Sch # 87-146934A,
Part# 958583? Can you fax it to me (271) 423 2521?

Paticularly, is there a small ceramic cap (1 to 5pf) across the 13C
leads or the 1H leads?

I would greatly appreciate someones trouble to look this up.
