I am posting this on behalf of our Proteomics Laboratory:
We have a 500 MHz Varian HCN cold probe. Is there anyone using their
Varian HCN cold probe to acquire 2D homonuclear and heteronuclear data on
biofluid samples. We have some trouble obtaining good gradient water
suppression and would like to see how others have addressed the issue.
