Air conditioning

Hi all,

I am very unsatisfied with a brand new air conditioning installation.
There are a lot of problems.
One of them is a simple decision: is it better to keep the
temperature of the incoming or the outgoing air constant?
Actually the machine looks for the temperature of the
outgoing air. I believe, that's the wrong decision.
What's your opinion?
