Post-doc position in MRI

Dear All,
This email is to announce a post-doctoral position in my laboratory. The
successful candidate will be working on developing applications of MRI/NMR
to food and chemical engineering in collaboration with Dr. Haley. Please

More particularly, projects will be in the areas of fast MRI methods for
temperature mapping, water mapping in solid food products, and in-line
sensor development of physical, chemical and rheological properties of food
products.
Strong knowledge of MRI techniques, MRI data processing and image processing
is recommended. Knowledge of NMR spectroscopy is a plus but not necessary.
The successul candidate should have a PhD degree in one of the following
areas: food engineering, food science, physics, chemistry, chemical
engineering or related fields with research experience in NMR/MRI. Knowledge
of food engineering and food science is a plus but not required.
Salary will be according to experience.
Starting date: Sept. 1, 2000.
Duration: one year renewable depending on funding availability.
