teaching video

I have had a request from a food science faculty member for an NMR video.
She will be teaching a course about water relations in foods and plans to
discuss the use of NMR to measure water mobility. The video would be a
basic explaination of how NMR works in a very basic manner, in about 20
minutes. T1 and T2 should also be explained in the video.

Any suggestions??
