Cleaning Unity Probes

We recently had an unknown sample broken in the probe of our Unity 300.
After swabbing with chloroform and immersing the insert - coil region in
ethanol and methanol, the remaining background is still of the order of the
peaks in the 0.1% ethylbenzene sample.
Do any of you have any tricks for cleaning the Varian capillary- supported
inserts? Do you have recommendations on more effective solvents which will
not destroy the insert construction? If anyone has learned the hard way
which solvents are not compatible, please let me know.
Thank you,
Kenner
