problem with Bruker X32 computer

Dear AMMRLers -
We have a problem with X32 computer on Bruker AMX400. I pressed the reset
button on CPU board to reboot the computer after the screen froze during an
experiment, but did not have the * prompt on screen. It displayed ASCII
characters and stopped right after word "Passed". I could not enter the
letter "u". Status of CPU LED display is "C" (all tests passed). Did
anyone have a similar problem before? Any suggestions would be very
appreciated.
