Good Morning,
I had the same error code a couple of years ago and couldn't get the turbo
pump up to speed. After ripping into the platform I found that the vacuum
line between the roughing pump and turbo-pump had collapsed on the inside.
It wasn't until I took the tube off and looked down it did I notice that the
inner-lamination had collapsed.

Hi all,
I am looking for advice on troubleshooting our cryoprobe set up.
We have a cryo platform (REF Z106903 EXL 00) cooling a CP TCI 800S4 H/C/N probe,
with the automatic vacuum connector.
The system gives the error Turbopump or valves defect (202), and leak in vacuum hose (223).
We tried opening the vacuum line letting air in (with the valve closed), per
the manual for error 202.
>From what we have observed the turbo pump in the platform turns on (green),
I can hear it start up. The turbo pump up to speed box never checks in the
software, the system errors, and starts warming. There are no light errors
on the turbo pump.
We have pulled vacuum with our own turbo pump, tried manually opening the
vacuum connector valve. We don't think it is a vacuum issue. Possibly a sensor?
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
