Hello AMMRLers-
We have two magnets that we are giving away and we're looking for a home for
them (as opposed to the trash heap). One is a 1986 vintage 125 mm bore, 2.35 T
Nalorac magnet that for years was Dave VanderHart's. It still has the charging
leads, power supply, helium transfer line and moving accessories. There is
even a 125 mm o.d. CPMAS probe that would go with it if you want.
The other is an 1990s vintage 89-mm bore, 7.05 T Oxford magnet. No charging
leads on that one.
If there are any interested parties, feel free to email me. I'd be happy to
get you more details, pictures, etc. The magnets are located on the NIST main
campus (Gaithersburg, MD).
