Dear AMMRL:
I am trying to store standard compound spectra using the userlibrary macro "writexy" (creates ASCII xy plot data) so that it can be easily retrieved already phased and baseline corrected for comparison with a sample spectrum using Varian Magical commands. I am having lots of problems retrieving the spectrum though. I have tried using "import1Dspec" to import the xytrace.1 file to the screen of a VNMR experiment window but nothing comes to the screen. Does anyone have experience with this process?
Is there another way other than writetrace or writexy to save a Varian spectrum (phased and baseline corrected) for quick retrieval in a VNMR experiment window? If so, which macro saves the spectrum and which retrieves it to the exp window?
