      The blinking power LED indicates a power supply problem, most likely
over-voltage. The transistors in the passbank of the DC supply to the RF
section often fail in a shorted condition, sending higher than normal
voltages to the RF devices. This generally causes the first stage gain
block to fail because the raw voltage exceeds the maximum device rating,
thus removing 30 dB of gain. You'll need to repair the passbank and
replace the gain block.
