Thank you very much for your help. I just learned that
edg in XWINNMR running on LINUX is no longer available so
is the command view. They are only available on Windows and SGI
operating systems. In TopSpin, both windows and Linux oerating
systems will not have edg anymore.
When I tried to start xwinplot from xwinnmr and draw a spectrum in xwinplot,
it was hard to manage the plot region in xwinplot. Dr. Jane Strouse
from UCLA and many others suggested me use "xwp" to start xwinplot
so that the plot region can be carried from xwinnmr to xwinplot
automatically. I tried this command and it works.
