I would like to thank you for reading and responding to my posting.
It turned out that the boot-device (one of the internal hard drive) was the
problem.
After I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled Solaris/VNMR, it is OK now.
Unfortunately, some of my data was gone with the bad disk.
