[AMMRL]: CodeMeter on RockyLinux 9

Dear All,

I am attempting to install TopSpin 4.5.0 on Rocky Linux release 9.7, but I
noticed that the CodeMeter component is not included as part of the installation
process.
For those who have successfully installed CodeMeter on Rocky Linux 9.x, could
you please share:

  * The steps you followed to install CodeMeter
  * Whether any additional packages, repositories, or compatibility settings were required
  * If CodeMeter was installed separately from TopSpin, where to get the package?
  *
Any guidance or experience you can share would be greatly appreciated.
