Would anyone be able to recommend a resource for performing time-domain NMR analyses using a high-field instrument? In particular I am interested in solid fat content analysis of vegetable oils and waxes which is essentially a correlated ratio of different points on the FID representing the solid and liquid component contributions. There are a number of low-field bench top instruments that offer this as a routine analysis, but I would like to be able obtain this information with our high-resolution NMR if possible.
