Does anyone have experience with respect to Direct Detection 13C on
Varian's Cold probe ? On Varian's web site, there's a one hour Cold
Probe spectrum of 8.3mg Taxol at 500Mhz. What about small molecules
at concentrations approaching 1mg/700ul?? We have an old Switchable
Direct Detection probe at 500Mhz which generates decent 13C spectra
(1-2mg/700ul) in about 16-24 hours (overnight). Can the Cold Probe
do better?
