I would like replies from US universities with a 500 as the highest
field available.

I would like to know what amount of time (as percent, or hours, or
whatever is easiest) that 500 is available for open/walkon/unscheduled
time vs. request/scheduled in advance time. Also, what amount of the
open time is actually used.

I realize these numbers can be somewhat sensitive. Please send replies
to me (not the list) and I will combine and anonymousize (is that a
word?) them.
