Dear Kai,
Ag NMR is really quite insensitive (about a quarter of carbon). I found that
the T1 for 1M AgNO3 in D2O was about 420 s so measuring the pulse width is
difficult. Try measuring the 360 degree pulse rather than the 180 degree pulse.
This greatly reduces relaxation effects and will make measurement faster.
Alternatively measure the pulse width for 39K (eg 1M KCl) which has a similar
frequency, is 10 times more sensitive and has a relaxation time nearer 0.0 For
