Brother spectroscopists:
The person in charge of installing wireless LANs just gave me the
following specifications on the system:
Model: Lucent WaveLAN
Frequency: 2.44 GHz, 40 - 80 MHz bandwidth
Output power: 500 mW
>From these numbers, I suspect that there wouldn't be a problem (Highest
field strength magnet is 400 MHz). Nevertheless, before I meet with him
next week I would like to have anybody's experience's with these things so
I won't be totally uninformed.
