Hi Raj,
one thing I think may point towards something not quite OK is that the SCB2=
0 board has its POWER LED off. Not good…
Could be that the SCB board is defective and pulls the voltage down, possib=
ly affecting other boards as well.
You could try to pull out the SCB board and see if the remainder of the BSM=
S now boots up. If it does you may have found the culprit.
