I can confirm that SpinWorks is still available at the site listed:

Three versions are available: The standard .NET Windows version SpinWorks 4;
A Java Version for Windows; and a Java version for Macs. I am happy to answer
questions and will entertain requests for bug fixes and minor feature upgrades
on the Windows versions. The Eclipse IDE that I use on my iMac is currently
broken so I cannot patch or upgrade the Mac version.

Java source code is available on request for anyone brave enough to try compiling
it on Linux. It did compile and run on Linux 7 years ago before I retired.
