Hello all--I have been looking into the possibility of adding methylcyclohexane
to Topspin (4.1.4) as a new solvent, and was wondering if anyone else has achieved
this successfully in the past. I am having some trouble deciding on which peaks
to include in the edlock table based on the spectrum of (protonated) methylcyclohexane
that we acquired (in CDCl3, attached) as well as the two publications that use 1.62
and 1.19 ppm for locking (also attached). I was hoping that someone who has worked
with this solvent would have some direct advice based on their experience.
Many thanks in advance!
TJ.
