Is the magnet/bore still level? If not check the magnet legs, as one may have sat down on the vibration suppressor (assuming you have that type of leg).
Best wishes,
Ryan

It seems to be cause by some misalignment between probe and upper barrel. Wiggling the upper barrel sometimes helps, but the problem seems to be getting worse and I need a real solution to it. I've tried pulling out both the probe and the upper barrel and re-installing them to no avail. I've looked for any obstruction on the outside of the upper barrel that might affect alignment but found nothing. The probe looks OK and the problem occurs with both liquids probes. Has anyone else experienced this and hopefully found a solution?
