Recently, I updated the VnmrJ software on our VNMRS 600 from 3.2 to 4.2, and found out that I could not load the password-protected options such as DOSY, Biosolids pack, STARS because of lack of the necessary passwords. First I turned to Agilent for help, but unfortunately did not get the help I was looking for. Can you share your experience in dealing with the protected options in VnmrJ 4 ?
