We have been collecting nmr 2d dosy exps on an Avance Bruker XWINNMR 3.5 pl6/ WIN-XP spectrometer and transfering the raw data to TOPSPIN 1.3 workstation to process. If we try to do a T1/T2 analysis on the psuedo 2D data set and type the command 'ppt1' we get an error message...
Error message>>> couldn't open file:
C:/Burker/topspin/data/guest/nmr/~temp/1/pdata/1/baslpnts to store
baseline points.
Have others experienced this problem which I assume is an incompatiblity between XWINNMR and TOPSPIN?
