AMMRL: replacement of fiber optics for Varian's Nanoprobe

Dear friends,

We had a problem with the fiber optics on our Varian's Nanoprobe. This
fiber optics is used to measure/control spinning rate. Unlike bruker's
probe, the fiber optics seems to be one piece starting from the rotor
region and extends out for about three feet with a connector to the
sensor. The probe is made around year 2000, and is the older version
compared with Varian's newer one. Before I send the probe back for
repair which could take months, I am wondering if anyone one has
performed the replacement by himself with the proper part(s).

Thank you.

Best regards,

Wei Li
