Hi Allison,

Sorry about the late response- perhaps someone already helped you
figure this out, but I thought I'd send this along nonetheless.

When rebooting the old ASPECT 3k, you should hit the foloowing:

STOP, CLEAR, DISK

buttons in that order. Try this if you haven't already.

The TecMag upgrade has worked for many and is a viable alternative.

I still have such a beast and don't like to turn it off (it's also on
a UPS) because I fear it won't come back up if I do- I have had to on
rare occasions.
