Post-graduate researcher position available immediately at the Univ. of
California, Davis NMR Facility. Position duties are primarily operation of
spectrometers, and routine service and maintenance of these instruments.
Basic knowledge of NMR required; the successful applicant will be trained
in advanced spectroscopy and imaging methods and in spectrometer
trouble-shooting. Knowledge of computers, especially Sun and SGI, helpful.
Opportunities for collaborative research in a wide variety of NMR related
fields. A Ph.D. is the normal qualification for this position but
qualified M.S. and B.S candidates will be considered. Salary mid-20s, with
full UC benefits.
