Hi Ken
unfortunately there is no simple way as the sampleMail/Case is connected with
the BST. There are a couple of screws connecting the horizontal arm with the
BST. Once these are out you can usually push it out of the way or you loosen
a few more screws at the horizontal brace. Then you get to the 3 screws
that connect the BST to shims. When they are unscrewed the shims will drop
down as everything is anchored at the top.
You might get some advice form the community to use a broomstick with putty
at the end to fish a sample out. If that works it is a lot easier.
