The Director, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Lead is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership for all solution NMR capabilities across our organization's network. This includes NMR capabilities for drug discovery and process development across small molecule, biologics and vaccines as well as implementation of new technologies and platforms to benefit partners across Discovery Chemistry, Process Development and Pre-Clinical Development.
The Director reports to the Executive Director, Analytical Enabling Technologies and will be directly responsible for a team of 15-20 senior and associate level scientists. The position is accountable for delivering NMR methodologies and platforms to enable advanced structure elucidation for molecules from discovery through development and commercial launch. The incumbent must have the ability to set strategy and enhance implementation of NMR methodologies across our organization's network.
