Dear AMMRL members,
Thanks to many of you who answered my question concerning whether TopSpin 1.3/CentOs 5 combination would work well on our DRX300 NMR. I am happy to learn from your responses that this combination has worked well for all of you. A few things don't work initially (some AU programs won't compile and plot-editor won't start) but the solutions can be found on Bruker Knowledgebase website under item #9585, #8702, #9577 and #9641. TopSpin 1.3.pl10 now is working with CentOs 5 on our 17-year old DRX300 spectrometer. (Also, the two SCB boards and the LCB board in our console had to be upgraded to a higher ECL level in order to run TopSpin 1.3.pl10.)
