Dear Spinlanders,
I am interested to find out the ratio of probe molecules residing in various
domains (bound and unbound forms) of the polymeric system by diffusion
experiments. For the sustem of my interest the probe appear at the same
frequency due fast exchange between the different domains(bound and
unbound). The only solution seems integration of the DOSY data (where
presence of the probe molecules in different domains is clearly observable
in the diffusion domain).
Kindly suggest a method for Bruker AVII system operating on TOPSPIN 1.3.
