The University of Durham is disposing of a 200 MHz Chemagnetics CMXII
solid-state NMR spectrometer.
The instrument has nominally 3 RF channels, but the transmitter stages
all require serious attention and the console is barely functional. Two
1 kW amplifiers are potentially available: a narrowband 200 MHz (CMA)
amp, and a broadband (up to 120 MHz) AMT amp. MAS probes include a
old, but steady, 7.5 mm DR probe and a relatively lightly used and more
recent 4 mm DR probe. Chemagnetics VT and MAS controllers available.
The system includes a 200MHz wide-bore (89mm?) Oxford magnet.
Any offers (even just good homes) for any items considered.
