hello everyone,

we, chemistry department at bowling green state university, believed
that there is some kind of blockage in the helium tank of our 300MHz
oxford magnet, (alot of liquid helium shoots out from the check valve
in the back during a routine fill, and can only fill to 60% full)...
and understand that our option is to blow some helium gas in...
i have talked to a couple of experienced people regarding this deblock
procedure, however am wondering if a guideline/protocol or even a
s.o.p. is available... any suggestion?

many thanks,
chen
