Topspin 1.3/Linux for open-access NMR

Hello,
 
Does anyone have a strong feeling about using the current version of
Bruker's TopSpin (1.3) on a Linux platform for open-access spectroscopy?
Our current SGI/Xwinnmr 3.5 systems are pretty stable, so I am mostly
wondering about stability, not features.
