Students, faculty, staff, and scientists from Pennsylvania and
surrounding regions are warmly invited to a one-day symposium to be
held on September 17, 2005 at Bucknell University:
CONFERENCE ON UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH AND EDUCATION in NUCLEAR
MAGNETIC RESONANCE

The symposium includes:
*** a student poster session for research projects that incorporate
NMR in some way (i.e. NMR need not be the focus of the research);
*** a prize for an outstanding poster will be awarded!
*** student talks, to be selected from submitted posters
*** faculty talks on new pedagogies and on using NMR in
research with undergraduates
*** faculty roundtable discussions
*** activities for students
*** plenary talk : Prof. Judith Herzfeld, Brandeis University
*** no registration fees
