It was kinda fun to look deeply into the aspect and reminisce.
Finally found that Adakos.scsi has no trouble running *if*
there is a SMD drive spinning. Turn off the SMD, and the SCSI
is unconnectable. I didn't try pulling the SMD board from the
aspect, but would if it stops working again. Once the scsi drive
has adakos, it doesn't need the SMD.
>for 20 points, what is status 00003162
>for 10 points, should we be using adacos.scsi p/n 35540 vs 931118.A
Thanks to Charlie, John, Alan, Karen Ann, and Tim for encouraging
words. Karen Ann won by knowing that adakos.scsi error 3162 is
unchanged from the original adakos => illegal unit number - disk
or floppy disk failure. Charlie was a close second by confirming that
adacos.scsi p/n 35540 vs 931118.A was the last release, even
tho my copy has preliminary version stamped on it. He also won the
congeniality award for allowing me to gaze at the manual.

It is your enemy. It is your lover. It is your rival.
It is your mother. It is your board, and you are its pawn.
