Railroad Tracks and the Locating of NMR Instruments.

Dear Fellows,

I am thinking about purchasing a lot, on which build an NMR lab.
 However, I have a reservation in that the lot is only 74 yds away from
railroad tracks. Does anyone know if the passing trains will or will
not cause vibration problems?
