Hi All,
I have a Bruker MSL-300 running on an aspect 3000 and want to do a direct polarization C-13 solid state experiment for some quantitative C-13 NMR on humic materials. I was wondering if anyone has this pulse program for the MSL and is willing to share? I have yet to write a pulse program from scratch for the MSL and prefer not to start with a high power amplifier experiment where a mistake could be costly.
I also seem to be missing the pulse program IGATED ( a heteronuclear inverse gated decoupling experiment). I thought that I had inadvertently corrupted the file so I reloaded the pulse program library only to find that it didn't exist. The Bruker manuals say that this pulse program should exist. Has anyone else come across this? There is a solid's inverse decoupling experiment called HPDEC and at the bottom of the page it says to use IGATED for solution state work. I have tried to get in touch with Bruker to ask about the differences. I would tend to think that I could use the HPDEC in solution state - of course with the low power amplifiers. Any comments?
Thanks,
Susan
