NMR Instrumentation Specialist
The Purdue NMR Facility (containing nine mostly state-of-the-art 200, 300,
400, 500 and 600 MHz Bruker and Varian spectrometers) has an opening for an
NMR Instrumentation Specialist. The successful candidate will be
responsible for upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the
NMR spectrometers as well as the NMR computer network.
Experience with modern NMR spectrometers and modern computer operating
system are essential. A minimum of three years experience in NMR field
service or NMR hardware repair is desired, but those with comparable skills
obtained in engineering or military electronics programs may also be
