I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experience with sourcing or repairing
a CNA-61 helium compressor outside of Bruker support.
Our original air-cooled CNA-61 unit failed about two years ago, and at that
time Bruker only offered a refurbished outdoor unit under contract.
Unfortunately, that replacement unit has now failed again in less than two years.
Since our instrument is quite old, we no longer have active support or contact
with Bruker. I’m therefore exploring alternative options and would greatly
appreciate any guidance:
Has anyone successfully purchased a CNA-61 (or equivalent FA-70) directly from
a third-party vendor rather than through Bruker?
Are there reliable vendors or companies that provide refurbished units or
exchange programs?
Does anyone have experience with third-party repair services for these
compressors?
Any recommendations, contacts, or shared experiences would be very helpful.
