We use a combination of billing scripts and multiple 3rd party software. For
our 24/7 walk-up instruments running through iconnmr, custom scripts are used
to extract all experiments and assign owner and duration. These are fed into
the booking platform software that our researchers use to book all other
instruments. All booking data from this software package (ezbooking by artilogic)
is further manipulated by custom scripts to generate account summaries and
invoice information.
