Hi,
If all you need is a "1D out of a 2D" you can use the "proj" command: Flip
the HMBC you recorded to the N15 dimension being horizontal ("Rotate" button,
#12 icon from top), then type for example "proj(5)" to get a projection of
the 2D in experiment workspace #5. That may not have enough F2 resolution
enough to get coupling constants out though. You could enlarge resolution
by running a selHMBC instead of course.
Then again you can use the EXSIDE 2D (under "Sel2D") for just that (this amplifies
coupling constants to make them measurable again).
Alternatively, to get a "true 1D" 15N INEPT experiment you could try the following:
- select "Experiments - Other Nuclei - N15" from the menu
- type pslabel='NITROGEN' followed by "dg"
- select Tools - Study Clones - Edit Parlib, save as "NITROGE", choosing "Liquids"
Tabname and entering "Std 1D" as MenuLevel
- click "New Study"
- select "DEPT" experiment, doubleclick to edit parameters
- under "Default" select "No edit" for Multiplicity Editing and "Suppress" for Quaternary
- keep or remove shaped BB inversion pulses on "Pulsesequence" as you like
- enter REQexp='NITROGEN' customizepar('update') into the command line (sorry, DEPT
was not really meant to be customizable to other nuclei, so this function isn't under a button…)
- choose number of scans, spectral width etc., click Save
- Tools - Study Clones - Clone Current Study (save as DEPT-N15 for example)
Now you should have a button ready to use.
Best regards
Bert
