Generally this happens when there's a mismatch of java language versions. I
would check to see if you've had a recent Java update. Also you'll want to
find the exact command that's doing that startup. It might be pointing to a
directory that no longer exists or something like that. There's probably a
file somewhere in the directory system that logs this error from the Java
system as well.
