Dear all,
we are looking for a postdoc candidate with experience in MAS SS NMR
and ideally in NMR battery research. Tasks will be:
- Investigate new battery materials synthesized at BAM;
- Perform operando NMR on redox cells;
- Develop new methods and hardware for PFG and redox-NMR;
- Publish scientific work and connect to the commuinty;
- Apply for funds.
Start: asap
Where: German Federal Research Institute for Materials Testing, BAM, Berlin.
(
https://www.bam.de/Navigation/EN/Home/home.html)
The infrastructure:
- MAS SS NMR at the fields of 600MHz, 500MHz, 400MHz (all WB);
- in situ/operando NMR for batteries;
- PFG NMR at 300MHz and 400MHz;
The BAM has several groups researching on battery technologies,
from design & synthesis up to the technical testing and standarization.
Our main focus at the moment is on next generation sodium-ion
solid-state batteries.
We have a diverse infrastructure in chemistry, physics and engineering
(synchroton lines, synthesis labs, a broad spectrum in analytics).
Colleagues from all different fields are ready to help and support your
research.
We look forward to receiving your email at nader.amadeu_at_bam.de
Please help to spread the word!
All the best!
