I have already received a surprising number of responses from interested
universities and companies, regarding the Varian 400 Unity Plus that we
have available. I have to pull the "ad."
We have to give preference to universities (nonprofits) and then
preference will go to whomever can de-energize the magnet themselves and
take the entire system. I will contact people in the order their emails
arrived.

AMMRL: 400 MHz spectrometer available
Hello fellow AMMRLers,
We have a working 400 MHz system available for donation. Recipient is
responsible for shipping costs.
The Oxford magnet (54 mm bore) was brought to field in 1994, has been well
cared for and boiloff is constant. The console is a Varian Unity Plus in
good working condition. The system includes two Sun computers (one is
Sparc station 5, one is Sparc station 20) and various probes. We have
other accessories, such as Carousel sample changers, helium level meter,
etc.
Preference will be given to nonprofit organizations.
